How to Enable Overheat Protection?

1. Go to Home > MotionEngine > Overheat Protection Control

2. Set a temperature threshold (recommended in the orange or green zone)

3. The device will automatically adjust its power output based on the set value to prevent overheating.

What Happens if the Temperature Reaches the High-Temperature Limit?

App Warning Notification – The screen will display an "Overheat" alert.

Automatic Power Reduction – The device will decrease power output to prevent further temperature rise.

How to use the Multi-User Access Feature?

1. Invite the new user (your family members or friends) to download the Hypershell+ app.

2. After the app is installed, go to Home > Search for Device

3. Select an available device and complete pairing to start using it.

Can My Friend and I Connect to the Same Hypershell X at the Same Time?

No, only one user can be connected at a time. Once you’re connected, others won’t be able to access the device.

If your friend wants to use it, simply close the app in the background first.

Why is the Device Grayed Out and Unavailable for Connection?

A grayed-out device means it’s currently locked by another user and unavailable for pairing.

This is part of the Exclusive Device Lock feature, ensuring your device remains secure from unauthorized connections.

What Is the Exclusive Device Lock Mode?

This mode prevents accidental connections by others, protecting your access and usage rights.

Can’t Enable the Lock?

Make sure your device is connected to your phone via Bluetooth. The lock feature is only available when Bluetooth is active.

Will Other Users See That My Device is Locked?

Yes. In the device list, a lock icon will appear in the top-left corner of the locked device, indicating it’s in use.

If someone tries to connect, they’ll see an encrypted account notification to protect your privacy.

What Happens if I Forget to Lock My Device?

If the lock is not enabled, anyone can connect to the device.

Why can’t I switch the charging mode while charging?

To ensure battery safety, External Battery Discharge cannot be toggled while Hypershell X is charging other devices. To modify, please disconnect the device that is charging first.
