3. Each tester will have a 14-day trial period, starting from the day they receive the device. During this time, testers must complete all required tasks: field testing, filming/video or photo content creation, and experience feedback submission.

4. Testers are required to publish at least one piece of content (video and/or photos with text) on a major social media platform such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, or Facebook. Content must reflect their genuine product experience.

5. If the device is damaged or lost due to misuse, improper storage, or negligence during the trial period, testers must compensate Hypershell at full retail value based on the price listed on the official Hypershell store.

6. Until all required tasks are completed, the Hypershell Ultra device remains the property of Hypershell. If a tester fails to complete the agreed tasks, refuses to return the device without valid reason, or breaches the agreement, Hypershell reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover the product and related losses.

7. All content submitted by testers must not infringe upon the rights of any third party (including but not limited to image rights, copyrights, trademarks, etc.). If using any third-party materials such as photos, videos, music, or text, proper authorization must be obtained in advance. Testers grant Hypershell the right to edit, publish, distribute, and use submitted content globally across marketing and promotional channels.

8. Hypershell reserves the final interpretation rights of this program. If a tester violates any program rules, Hypershell may revoke their participation and request the immediate return of the device. Participants who successfully complete the program and deliver high-quality content will be eligible for additional rewards.
