As someone with MS, I find this device very helpful for extending the distance I can walk. Normally, I can walk about 3 km without difficulty, but after that my left leg begins to drag. With the Hypershell, this only starts after 7 km or more.
For me, that’s a huge benefit: it allows me to join longer hikes with friends and family.
It does not improve balance, however. Rather, it helps lift your legs, as if marionette strings were gently supporting them providing roughly 30% of the effort needed to lift each leg.

This is a great product. Almost forget it’s there while wearing it and my performance is multiplied! Very cool - thank you Hypershell!

As someone with cerebral palsy its a different world. Id previously been able to cover miles when younger but that ability has deteriorated. Now im back to covering at least a couple miles while building muscles id thought gone forever. Id like it to be a bit more powerful and responsive, but its still amazing

Using the Hypershell has been a life-changing experience for me. Whether I have to stand for long periods or I’m out hiking with and without heavy camera equipment, the Hypershell is a great companion. It lets me walk further without having to worry about tomorrow.

Sarebbe utile che l’esoscheletro fosse corredato anche di una sacca da trasporto semimbottita ed impermeabile, di colore chiaro per riflettere i raggi solari, per poterlo posizionare (l’esoscheletro) sopra lo zaino, esternamente a questo, durante i percorsi meno impegnativi; la sacca dovrebbe essere poi facilmente ripiegabile per poterla riporre nello zaino oppure per poterla attaccare esternamente allo zaino stesso.

Non ho capito se è già predisposto per recepire i comandi vocali per cambiare le varie funzioni ma, se non lo è ancora, credo che sarebbe molto utile; certamente interfacciandosi con un cellulare oppure con un orologio Smart.

Le chiusure della custodia in polistirolo andrebbero sostituite con altre più robuste e durature.

Nel sito della Hypershell andrebbero già indicati tutti i modelli di zaini e zainetti compatibili con l’utilizzo dell’esoscheletro indossato; andrebbero anche indicati i modelli di marsupi e di sacchetti che si posssono aprire e richiudere con una sola mano.

I LED dei due motori dovrebbero avere una copertura facilmente spostabile (una petta) che, una volta cambiata la gamma o la velocità, dovrebbe tornare automaticamente a copertura delle luci; questo sarebbe utile per percorsi di mattina presto e/o all’imbrunire per non attrarre insetti e per non abbagliare il camminatore.

Si potrebbero sviluppare dei modelli particolari per persone che hanno problemi al ginocchio.

Per il resto … incredibile che un attrezzo così piccolo e leggero possa fare un lavoro così gravoso!

Works well for people with MS. This was really surprising. Although this is not a medicine product I would love if Hypershell could give a bit of support if you are about to stumble. This would help us MS people really a lot. Thanks!

Ich habe MS, bin aber sehr sportlich. Im Flachen oder bei leichteren Anstiegen ist es eine sehr große Hilfe.
Bei höheren Stufen hilft es auch (Probleme mit dem Hüftbeuger), aber normal funktioniert es da leider nicht. Kann es aber dennoch sehr empfehlen!

I'm a type 1 diabetic with a torn tendon that wasn't properly treated and heavy neuropathy from the diabetes and other complications and health history. I've had the Pro S for about a month as of writing this review. I really only have 2 negative things to say, the frame ruins pockets, buy a sling bag or some kind of camping style fanny pack to carry. Second problem is more personal but the sizing guide wasn't very useful for me personally because of the way my scoliosis curves my spine forward instead of to the side so I had to size up a bit more than recommended to get it to fit properly without causing any strain or pain or discomfort so keep that in mind. Before the exo everything was exhausting, my feet dragged the ground, I leaned heavily to the right while walking to limp and kind of swing my leg instead of stepping normally. Physically it was extremely painful to run as well, I could make it maybe 60-80 feet at full speed, which wasn't very fast at all before I was forced to stop. Now I can run full speed which is significantly faster for about an 8th of a mile before I have even half the pain as before. I have more energy now, vastly more energy. The pain is reduced to the point of not being there, don't get me wrong, it still hurts, but it's such a considerable difference it's hard to put into words. I work 8-10 hours a day as a property manager at a highrise condo building. I have found that I am far more capable at performing my duties without reducing my quality of life because this is one of the easiest jobs I have had as far as physical labor goes and I was on the verge of finding something easier. In every way I can think this exo skeleton has improved my life in ways I just accepted couldn't happen a decade ago. Thank you hypershell, for me personally this has been exactly what I needed, it's a miracle with a battery. I won't mince words though, I'm sure this isn't for every person with severe issues in their legs but for what it can do it was a small price to pay for discovery. I also personally feel the 14 day refund window is large enough to make a decision. I have my freedom again, and it is beautiful.

I have mobility issues and this has been a game charger ,in the smallest ,but most impactful way!

I got the the X Ultra for a few weeks and it works flawlessly. I am in the upper size range supported. It definitely doubles my range as photographer carrying 10-20 KG around on hikes. At first I felt the support but that all went away and now it is seamlessly supporting my walking. Brilliant. I usually start at Eco2 and move to Eco4 at the end of the walk. I still have some issues with the right fit as for some reason the belt tends to drop on the left side up to an inch and I have to correct. The belt buckle seems to be too small to take the forces required and also is difficult to close. I am sure the buckle will break very soon. I will modify the belt and buckle for a better fit and to make it easier to put it on and take off. I wish there would be a mode to stabilize while standing in a place, for a photographer that would be fantastic.

Very please with my hypershell. Scored my very first hole-in-one while wearing my hypershell. 161 yard par 3. The second hole-in-one in my lifetime. Hypershell has help me walk the course.

My son got me this exoskeleton because I was starting to get tired quite quickly during my regular walks in the park. Honestly, it has made a huge difference. It takes a lot of the strain off my legs and makes walking feel much easier again, so I can stay out and enjoy the fresh air longer without getting worn out. I will say that if it were slightly cheaper, it would be much more affordable, but there is no denying it is a very high quality and well made product overall

Sono entusiasta. Trovo questo strumento molto utile anche in città. Ho 80 anni quindi non faccio scalate. Cammino normalmente ma fatico in salita e con questo Hypershell non fatico più, anzi, mi viene voglia di camminare. Ormai lo uso ogni volta che esco e vi ringrazio.

Works great and Hatem who helped me through the prepurchase is awesome —- only thing I find an issue is the battery is in the way when you sit down. I also don’t like getting it dirty while weed eating and would like one that allows me to jump into the pool while wearing it.

Easy setup and adjust, I do feel bionic when wearing it

perfect support, 20% less power, the battery should be able to charge without the Hypershell, the battery hinders the perfect position of the backpack a little

I have MS and the hypershell help me things around the house without pain and be more flexible also
